Onece again Wayne shows hit wit, Skill and Versatility on this CD. It's amazing that he does very little writing and most of his lyrics are off the top of his head.as a lyrisist I cannot freestyle i can only write and its one hard thing to do,if you're a rapper you know this. If you are't a fan of auto-tune or hard guitar riffs this isnt for you but I happen to like the switch. Wayne makes it seem easy and effortless. I dont know if this is equal to The Carter III but its close and definately a must have for all fans. Young money is the future of hip hop so dont sleep on them because theres alot more to come.Check out tracks 7,8,.10 and 14 those happen to be my favs. Hope you lie it as much as i did

I want to start out by saying taht this is a great album. For a rapper to try to even to attempt to make a rock album where the hooks and style of music is completely different, this cd is remarkable. I listen to this cd from start to finish and haven't been able to say that in a long time. His voice gets dubbed out in some portions of his songs but that is because he doensn't have a natural singing voice obviously , but i dont think it takes away from the song at all. lil wayne is one of the most talented music icons in the history of music and this only shows have talened of a musician he realy is!!!

This will come as a shock to those traditional Lil Wayne listeners, but it's because you're unappreciative of true talent when you hear it. I am a consumer of all genre's of music and I think Wayne will find a new fan base with this release. This album truley shows that it is possible to rapper and still explore other realms of sound. I personally enjoy hearing rappers team up with rockers. It's where I think music is heading and it's good to see the wave starts here. Buy this album if you're open to new ideas.

First of all, I am a big fan of Wayne's hip hop. Now this CD is very different than what he has done in the past. I can hardly put it in a category.....but it's HEAVILY influenced by Rock. And I love it! Much kudos to Wayne for stepping out of the box with this CD. The lyrics are heavy and creative. The music is great! Great to rock out with. I think he's going to change the game with this album. Hopefully it can force other rappers to step out of their boxes and do something more creative...and different.
